About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled QA Engineer to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Finacle Core Banking System. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in functional, regression, and automation testing, as well as a strong background in developing and executing Selenium automation scripts for Finacle applications.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on core banking systems.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in functional, regression, and automation testing.
Strong experience with Selenium and other automation tools.
Knowledge of JIRA or similar defect tracking tools.
Familiarity with core banking systems and APIs.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with other automation tools like TestComplete, Katalon, or Appium.
Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
