Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the delivery aspects of various projects. While typically overseeing one project at a time, you may also manage multiple projects depending on their size and complexity. This includes the day-to-day management of all site activities.

This is an on-site role with work hours from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

Reporting to the Production Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting tests on air-conditioning units by running mode cycles.

Performing inspections and programming test operations.

Lead the packing team and ensure that processes are run smoothly.

Ensuring all work is completed on schedule and complies with WHS standards, as well as relevant building standards and regulations.

Carrying out regular inspections and submitting Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) to maintain quality assurance procedures.

Building and maintaining strong relationships while managing day-to-day activities.

Implementing WHS procedures, incorporating best practices to achieve project objectives.

Leading toolbox meetings, pre-start meetings, site meetings, and conducting safety walks.

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone with:

HVAC service technician, with experience as a supervisor

Refrigeration Licence – must be current

Australian Restricted Electrical Licence – must be current

Highly developed interpersonal skills

Solid understanding of WHS requirements

Strong diagnostics and fault-finding abilities

Good customer service skills
