Job Overview
PMI Clearwater is looking for a Customer Quality Assurance Specialist to oversee guest satisfaction, ensure the quality of our rental properties, and maintain smooth daily operations. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The position involves traveling between properties, so a reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license are required. Mileage reimbursement will be provided.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for guests, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns.
Inspect and restock supplies in rental properties to maintain a high standard of service.
Monitor the quality of linens and towels, ensuring timely replacements when necessary.
Manage and track the inventory of supplies for both the properties and the company.
Perform pre-arrival inspections to verify that properties are guest-ready. Ability for minor cleaning if need to assure guest experience.
Assess the cleaning quality of properties and provide feedback to cleaners.
Confirm and oversee the execution of cleaning schedules to ensure compliance with operational standards.
Conduct regular property inspections to identify and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance.
Train and supervise new cleaning staff to maintain consistency in service quality.
Coordinate and schedule maintenance requests for rental properties.
Oversee ongoing maintenance activities and develop relationships with vendors for repair services.
Requirements
Fluent in English (Required); Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
High school diploma required; experience or coursework in hospitality is preferred.
Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle required (mileage reimbursement provided).
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Experience in property management, hospitality, or a similar field is a plus.
Ability to conduct inspections and provide feedback to service providers.
