Foot Locker, Inc. is seeking a talented Financial Analyst, Loyalty Finance to join the growing Loyalty team within the Global Marketing organization working across the Foot Locker brand geographies and portfolio. In this role, the Financial Analyst, Loyalty Finance will support the Finance Manager to bring an analytic mindset and support the growth of FLX – Foot Locker Inc.’s customer loyalty program. This is a high-profile initiative with senior-level visibility. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting and finance skills as well as an analytical aptitude and a willingness to roll up their sleeves to get the job done. A passion for using data to develop insights that put the customer first is a must, and experience with loyalty programs is preferred.
Responsibilities
Create and process accounting entries in accordance with GAAP and the internal accounting policy to ensure loyalty related expenses are accounted for properly and timely each month
Create accounting entries in relation to inter-company charges for multi-brand loyalty redemptions
Provide accounting and analytical support to the Manager – Loyalty Finance, as well as the Loyalty Program leadership team
Partner closely with Data team to build and execute reporting and dashboards to provide real time, ongoing insights into the Loyalty Program
Assist Manager in creating budgets and weekly forecasts
Perform periodic and post-campaign KPI analyses to inform the business and shape future strategies
Maintain and improve process for providing data/reporting to key internal and external Loyalty Program partners
Collaborate across the business to bring the vision to life (i.e. Data/Analytics, Technology, Legal, Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, Store Operations, Customer Service, etc.)
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance or Accounting required
Minimum of 1 years of related experience preferred, internship experience considered
Prior finance and/or accounting experience required
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Especially Excel)
Peoplesoft experience is a plus
PowerBI experience is a plus
Accounting experience helpful
Experience with loyalty programs is helpful but not required
Ability to function effectively and efficiently under pressure to meet financial deadlines
Longer hours may be required to meet tight deadlines
Excellent analytical abilities, rigorous attention to detail and bias for customer-centric planning
Ability to dive into data to develop consumer insights that inform strategy
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Benefits
The annual base salary range is $56000 – $65000. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below.
