- Inspect sweater production at different stages to ensure quality standards.
- Check knitting, linking, trimming, mending and finishing quality.
- Identify and report defects such as holes, stains, uneven stitches, yarn faults and measurement issues.
- Conduct in-line and end-line inspections according to buyer requirements.
- Ensure approved samples, specifications and quality standards are followed.
- Monitor operators’ workmanship and provide immediate quality feedback.
- Maintain QC inspection reports, defect records and quality checklists.
- Coordinate with Production, QA and other departments to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure defective garments are properly segregated and reworked/repaired.
- Support final inspection and take corrective/preventive actions to reduce defects.
Requirements
- Experience: 2-3 years
- Education:
- Skills: textile inspection, quality inspection, technical knowledge of garment production, knit garment production, knit garment manufacturing, garment production, knowledge of quality control, garment finishing, garment industry knowledge, quality control procedures
