We’re looking for a Flooring Quality Control Supervisor who refuses to accept “good enough.” This role is responsible for ensuring every project meets our quality standards before it becomes the customer’s lasting impression of our company.

What You’ll Do
As our Flooring Quality Control Supervisor, you will serve as the final checkpoint between project completion and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct quality inspections on completed residential and commercial flooring installations.
- Identify installation deficiencies and coordinate corrective action with installers and project managers.
- Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications and company quality standards.
- Verify punch lists are completed accurately and promptly.
- Document inspection findings with photos and detailed reports.
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding final walkthroughs and quality expectations.
- Work closely with Sales, Project Management, Installation Management, and Warehouse teams to resolve issues before they impact the customer.
- Track recurring quality concerns and recommend process improvements.
- Assist in developing installation quality standards and training initiatives.
- Ensure all projects are completed safely, professionally, and in accordance with company procedures.
Qualifications
Preferred candidates will have:
- 3+ years of flooring installation, project management, or quality control experience.
- Strong knowledge of carpet, hardwood, laminate, LVP, tile, and commercial flooring systems.
- Ability to recognize installation defects and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace.
- Experience with RollMaster software is highly preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
