Role Description
This is a full-time role for a FOOD Quality Assurance Manager. The role is on-site and is located in Gurugram. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures. Daily tasks will include inspecting and testing product quality, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations, and identifying areas for process improvement. The Quality Assurance Manager will also work closely with other departments to maintain and enhance overall product quality.
SALARY – INR 30000 – 40000 per month

Qualifications
Experience with Quality Assurance processes and procedures, including inspecting and testing product quality of Spices, Dry Fruits etc.
Knowledge of standards and regulations as per FSSAI and experience ensuring compliance
Experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Food Safety Management
Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and other food industry standards
Moderate written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in quality management systems and quality audits
Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, or a related field
Minimum 2-3 years of experience required in food manufacturing or related industry
