Job Description
- Carry out the Self-Control Program.
- Perform the inspection and quality assessment of food products of both animal and non-animal origin, whether produced or received in the hypermarket, including through laboratory testing.
- Verify and ensure compliance with veterinary and food safety regulations.
- Check that products are correctly labeled.
- Train employees on compliance with veterinary and food safety regulations.
- Maintain ongoing communication with regulatory authorities (Consumer Protection Authority, Veterinary and Food Safety Directorate, etc.) to ensure compliance and effective cooperation during inspections
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Food Engineering
- 1+ years’ relevant work experience
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
