Due to our continued growth, we are excited to announce an Food Products Quality Technician opportunity available at our Evendale location.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES::
- Monitor and record HACCP critical control points.
- Check all traceability information is accurate (Lot codes, dates, etc, against paperwork making sure they match).
- Monitor and record process control points (weights, labels, Metal Detectors, etc)
- Ensure all forms are filled out correctly and recorded at the right time.
- Perform Allergen and ATP Swabs.
- Ensure compliance of SOP, GMP and Company policies.
- Other duties as assigned by the QA Lead.
- Actively involved in Food Safety and Quality Programs.
- Ensure the traceability information is accurate in the system.
Qualifications:
- 1 – 2 years of related experience or training in the food or beverage industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organize and complete multiple assignments while working under time constraints.
- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently.
- Must have strong work ethic and a high energy level.
- Results and detail oriented.
- Computer skills required.
- Must be able to work days, evenings, and weekends to meet business needs.
- Ability to work with a diversified work force.
