We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced QA Senior Manager to join our team. The Senior Manager of Quality Assurance works as a cross-functional collaborator with all the divisions in the company. The Director of Training and Quality Assurance will oversee all quality assurance efforts within the organization and identify the business’s developmental needs, ensuring consistency with core competencies and goals. In addition, the Director of Training and Quality Assurance will develop, coordinate and implement occupational health policies and procedures to promote and ensure effective safety operations in the organization. Responsibilities:
Responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining The Arthur Jackson Quality Assurance Program and QA policies aligned with the company strategy, process, and initiatives.
Administer quality assurance management systems: IMOPS and ACCORD.
Provide leadership for partner QA teams, ensure internal standards, develop methodologies, and consistent evaluation.
Continuously evaluate and improve QA processes to maximize output and efficiency.
Create quality documentation systems and update them as procedures evolve.
Establish with stakeholders the quality standards governing customer interactions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain customer satisfaction by creating, monitoring, and enforcing established quality standards.
Be a liaison to our customers to ascertain how they truly feel about our service, investigate any inconsistencies and create solutions by providing corrective and preventive action plans to drive operational improvements.
Train and supervise QA staff and managers.
Develop QA budgets
Training
Identify training needs based on skills gap analyses, developing group and individual learning courses and managing the training budget.
Design, develop, and implement companywide training functions: strategy, curriculum, processes, and initiatives.
Own overall management of training systems, content, and support materials.
Establish metrics and tracking mechanisms to build accountability, assess training effectiveness, measure results, evaluate trends, and optimize the impact of training programs.
Develop effective relationships with management and employees, gaining a deep understanding of business and culture to connect learning needs and training offerings to the business strategy
Safety
Ensure that all procedures within the company conform to health and safety regulations.
Inspects the facility to identify safety, health, and environmental risks.
Develops and implements inspection policies and procedures, and a schedule of routine inspections.
Develops health and safety procedures for all areas of the company.
Prepares and schedules training to cover emergency procedures, workplace safety, and other relevant topics.
Monitors compliance with safety procedures.
Drafts inspection reports to document inspection findings.
Ensures that material safety data sheets are maintained and readily accessible when needed.
Maintains records of discharge of or employee exposure to hazardous waste and/or pollutants, as required.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
8-10 years of experience in the learning, development, and training field
Minimum of 2 years of college – Bachelor’s Preferred
Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
Can deliver information and instruction with great clarity
Technical skills and proficiency in the use of various presentation and analytical tools necessary for the creation of visually and verbally engaging content
Analytical skills – capable of gathering, conducting, and evaluating analyses, identifying points of improvement, and developing clear and compelling solutions and strategies from the findings
A strong leader – takes a personal sense of responsibility for group performance, handles multiple simultaneous projects, and has a strong work ethic working under minimal supervision
Strategically savvy – strong business acumen to measure key service deliverables
Agile and organized – You thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environments; you can multitask and prioritize your responsibilities; you demonstrate a methodical approach to all your work.
Ability to travel up to 50% or when required
A strong understanding of the contact center environment and the role Training & Quality Assurance plays in the attraction, retention, and performance of high-quality employee talent
Knowledge of Training and Quality Assurance tools: Knowledge management, data, text or speech analytics, LMS, and other authoring and analytics tools.
Benefits
Salary: $80,000- $105,000 Annually
Work Hours: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
