Job Overview
Controls the clearance of the production lines through ATP testing, weighs, labels, sleeves, and seals, provides samples to the Lab.
Responsibilities
Controls the cleaning/clearance of the Line.
Performs ATP testing before a new start of the lines.
Responsible for the ATP’s Calibration.
Responsible graphing all the ATP (Production & Environmental) data by the end of each month.
Coordinates the finished samples arrival to the Lab for testing.
Performs different Quality Control steps during production (weight, label, sleeves, seals).
Ensures the Manufacture Date or Expiration Date are correct in the Batch Records and Labels.
Checks all the components Lot numbers.
Responsible for the Plastic and Glass Policy, daily, biweekly, monthly.
Responsible taking all the refrigerators’ temperature daily.
Performs a clearance for pallets.
Responsible graphing results from the pallets’ clearance.
Performs all the allergen testings.
Ensures that cGMPs are followed.
Qualifications
EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent
EXPERIENCE: Previous experience with IBG products and procedures preferred.
Other Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Knowledge of production and quality control procedures and equipment, general computer knowledge, spreadsheets, organizational skills
Previous experience with Microsoft helpful.
Typical Physical/Mental Demands
Flow of work and character of duties involve the coordination of manual dexterity and normal mental and visual attention. Activities include seeing, hearing, talking, smelling, climbing and lifting. Depending on workload, may be required to be on feet and active entire day or seated entire day.
Requires a high degree of organization. Must be detail oriented. Must be comfortable climbing ladders, unafraid of heights, capable of working in tight spaces and must be able to lift objects 10lbs -50lbs when required.
