Project Description:
Successful candidates will be self-motivated, high energy individual with a demonstrated use of drawings/specs and background in Manufacturing.
Highly effective team player with strong communication and decision-making skills with a working knowledge of the AS9102 standard.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for prioritizing, reviewing, and delivering First Article Inspections (FAIs) for customer requirements verifications for sustaining parts and development projects.
Perform process quality document assessments for verification of First Article Inspection assessments per SAE AS9102 for verification of customer requirements.
Candidates will be required to successfully demonstrate the ability to conduct thorough and timely FAI reviews to closure and provide performance metrics to support necessary process improvements.
Experience in critical thinking, and problem solving.
Ability to work with multiple personnel under minimal supervision.
Completes or exceeds daily goals.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
1-2 Years Manufacturing Experience or 2 year College experience
1 Year Advanced Microsoft Excel Graphs and Vlookup
Automation experience
Self-motivated, high energy with strong decision-making skills
Highly effective team player with solid communication skills
Bonus Points If You Have:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering field
Blue Print Reading
Experience understanding, reviewing and interpreting inspections
Process Outsourcing experience
Microsoft Access experience
Advanced Microsoft Excel experience with graphs and V-Lookup
Programming/Coding Skills
