Key Responsibilities
- Perform material, in-process, and final shipment quality inspections based on established quality standards and procedures.
- Conduct footwear quality evaluations and generate detailed inspection reports.
- Ensure compliance with quality requirements throughout the manufacturing process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with factory management, production teams, and stakeholders.
- Identify product defects, quality risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Support technical troubleshooting and problem-solving activities related to footwear production and quality.
- Coach and guide technicians on quality standards and best practices.

- Strong understanding of:
- Footwear construction methods
- Leather and material quality
- Upper making and shoe manufacturing processes
- Sample inspection and final approval
- AQL standards and quality inspection practices
- Physical and chemical testing requirements
- Defect identification and root cause analysis
- Final shipment inspection and manual testing
- Experience working directly in footwear factories and production environments.
- Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and influence stakeholders positively.
