Exp Required : 2-4Yrs
Should have experience in preparation of liposomes, lipid nanoparticles, polymeric nanoparticles, Inorganic nanoparticles etc.
Should have sound knowledge of DLS, NTA, AFM, SEM and TEM data evaluation and method development.
Should be able to evaluate QC data of HPLC, LCMS and other QC parameters such as FTIR, GC etc.
Should be able to perform fluorescent dye based assays and other cell culture evaluation of prepared nanoparticles.
Should have working knowledge of lyophilization method development, cryoprotectant roles and hands on skill of lyophilization.
Should have theoretical and working knowledge of DoE and QbD principles, CQA, CPP, and QTPP etc.
Qualifications:
M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics)/MSc. Nanotechnology/MS (Pharm) with at least 2 -4 years of experience in injectable formulation development specifically with complex injectables.
