As a Founder’s Associate, you'll work directly alongside our founders on the highest-priority projects across the business: strategy, operations, business development, and special initiatives, spanning all the brands we manage in both European and North American markets.
This is an amazing opportunity to come in and work with a very young team – average age 30 – and get a front-row seat to how a high-growth business is built and scaled. You'll learn a lot about e-commerce, Amazon, business operations, and the world of startups in general.
Who We Are
Sellerpass Global is a full-service Amazon growth agency built on a 100% revenue-share partnership. The company challenges the industry status quo, made up of hundreds of traditional agencies operating on fixed monthly retainers, by working on a 100% performance-based model and with an AI-first approach.
Sellerpass Global was founded by a former Amazon Seller and two Forbes under 30, who decided to open up their entire proprietary Amazon infrastructure to help other brands expand globally, after having built multiple successful brands over the years, from the US to Europe.
Sellerpass Global manages everything for its partners: accounts, advertising, logistics, and cross-border selling, acting as both seller and importer of record, providing brands with all the e-commerce infrastructure they need to expand to North America, UK, Europe and beyond.
Sellerpass Global has already done the hard part, going from zero to one: the company is profitable and growing, with a headquarters in San Francisco and offices in Milan and London. The next chapter is about reaching more brands and markets.
What Will You Do
- Work directly with the founders on the most important initiatives across the company, from strategy to execution.
- Own special projects end-to-end, wherever the business needs them most (operations, partnerships, new market launches, internal tooling).
- Support business development: prospecting, pitching, and onboarding new brand partners.
- Support hiring as the team grows, from sourcing candidates to screening calls and talent coordination.
- Build our presence in the industry: from intimate executive dinners to industry conferences, you’ll put Sellerpass Global in the room where it matters and make sure we’re remembered.
- Drive partnerships and ecosystem development: open doors with the key players in our space, from technology to service and ecosystem partners, and turn those relationships into commercial momentum.
- Support building and improving the internal systems, processes, and playbooks that let our team operate at scale.
- Keep the internal operating cadence and our fully remote distributed team on track (quarterly reviews, annual reviews, performance reviews) and support preparing the docs and decks that keep everyone aligned and moving at pace.

The Long Term
We are bootstrapped on purpose, and we plan to keep it that way. We are not chasing a VC round or an exit. We are building a profitable group of businesses and using the cash flow to launch the next ones.
That shapes who we are looking for: someone who wants to stay and build with us, not someone treating this as a two-year stop before going off to do their own thing. We ask for a real commitment up front, at least a couple of years. Do that well, and the next conversation is a real one: growing into a leadership role here, taking equity in the business, or co-founding a new venture together, where we put up the capital and you run the execution. We have other ventures already in the pipeline.
Requirements
- All of your colleagues are foreigners, so it's essential that you have a good command of English. Please do not apply if you have less than C1+ level.
- Ideally 1 to 3 years of experience in a high-performance environment such as a startup, consulting, investment banking or venture capital. We are also happy to hear from exceptional fresh graduates with standout internships in the industries above or from people with more experience behind them. What we care about most is a real interest in building businesses, plus the drive to take ownership and make things happen.

Interview Process
We estimate the following time investment on your side:

- Practical Challenge to show a small sample of work (3 to 4 hours)
- Call with the Director team (30 min)
We aim to finalize the entire interview process and deliver feedback within 2 weeks.
