Sutton Pierce is seeking an Administrative Officer to help with office space and records management at our San Francisco location. This is a full-time hourly to start and will become a full-time salaried position if the candidate can complete their job effectively. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Record Follow-up and tracking
Follow up with doctors to see if they have reviewed indexed records and checks every week to make sure things are shipped on time.
Make sure that additional records are shared by looking through the queues and double-checking that indexers have changed records status.
Help prep records to send out and communicate to experts that records were shared or shipped, etc.
Point-person for records-related issues that experts/clients/SP staff have.
Holds records indexers accountable to finish their work on schedule.
Office-space organization and upkeep
Effectively communicates department accomplishments, challenges faced, and anything necessary to the Head of Operations.
Is capable of problem-solving and addressing issues with little guidance, but can seek help when it’s needed.
This is a management role, so the candidate should have relevant experience and feel comfortable managing coworkers. We are seeking:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years of professional experience, preferably in an administrative and/or management role.
Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Can work well in a team and help manage other team members
Experience with client/customer relations is a plus.
