Purpose of the position
Handle process issues and make precaution & improvement
Duties and Responsibilities：
1.Coordinate with Apple customer and follow up on customer concern.
2.Attend customer meetings and complete relevant reports.
3.Involve in making material control plan of new projects and assurance quality of incoming material
4.Handle process issues and make precaution & improvement.
Education and work experience
Bachelor degree or above;
Ability to have bilingual skills in Chinese and English; experience with 3-5 years working in SMT area.
Working conditions
Office-based role, fast-paced work environment
This position must be able to respond to after-hour emergencies and be available to work non-core hours or overtime to complete various projects without interruption to operations.
Skills:
1.Having 3-5 years working experience of process analysis and handling customer complaint SMT area.
2.Ability to use English as working language to communicate with customer, and proficient in reading, writing and speaking English,
3.Familiar with applying quality control techniques to analyze and complete PPT report.
4.Good quality awareness and interpersonal communication skills.
5.Skilled in communicating with customer and had team cooperation consciousness.
