6102 – FS QC – QATS – QA TECHNICAL SUPPORT

POSITION OBJECTIVE:Quality Assurance (QA) Technical Support will champion and support all quality and IPG Flow complaints. Assist in Internal Audits and the associated NCRs, non-conforming product investigations, CAPAs, and Supplier Corrective Actions. Responsible for maintaining complete and accurate records and for performing Document Control functions associated with Quality Assurance, in compliance with cGMP’s, SOP’s, Federal and State Regulations, food safety regulations, and safety procedures.

Responsible for supporting the QA manager and the Director of Quality to ensure that all managers and process owners develop and maintain their part of the quality management system. Ensure that customer requirements and expectations are accurately identified, and that the organization meets or exceeds these expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.

Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.

Minimum of 3 years’ demonstrated experience in Project Management.

2-4 years of practical document control experience in a nutraceutical or pharmaceutical environment or working knowledge of nutraceutical/pharmaceutical processes.

Working knowledge of pharmaceutical/nutraceutical documentation processes, including PC software, Google Sheets, SharePoint, Word processing, and good math, grammar, proofreading, and communication skills. High organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.

BS/BA in life sciences or a related discipline is preferred, with 2 years of industry experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Follow and comply with established procedures, including Company Procedures, SOPs, cGMPs, and product specifications, to meet audit requirements, food safety regulations, and safety procedures.

Manage QA responsibilities including complaint investigations, non-conforming materials, customer returns, CAPAs, and supplier corrective actions, as well as supporting internal audits and NCRs.

Promote quality achievement and performance improvement across the organization.

Collaborate with staff from different disciplines to formulate solutions and establish comprehensive quality procedures.

Communicate effectively with all organizational levels and external contacts.

Write technical documents and manage system reports.

Ensure all records and documentation are compliant with applicable standards and regulations.

Perform data retrieval, analysis, and reporting using information and quality management systems.

Maintain controlled document files, review calibration and maintenance records, and verify equipment.

Comply with food safety and quality programs, including HACCP training, and ensure understanding and training on preventive controls.

Develop, implement, review, and maintain the site’s SQF System, ensuring its integrity and effective communication among staff.

Perform other duties as assigned by the QA Manager or Director of Quality.
