Rapidly growing food manufacturer, is seeking an experienced QA/QC and Regulatory Lead to join our team in Brockton, MA. In this role, you will lead a team of five and oversee all audits, including NSF, Organic, and work towards achieving SQF certification. You will manage our Non-GMO (FoodChain ID) Organic (QAI) compliance, and internal and outside lab testing to ensure all documentation is in order and regulatory requirements are met.
As the QA/QC Lead, you will guide all food safety processes and documentation to maintain the highest standards of quality and safety. Directly report to owner. You will be the key point of contact for all quality control and assurance activities, collaborating across departments.
This full-time position is located at our 60,000 sq. ft. facility, with a competitive salary based on experience. End of year bonus based on performance. After 90 days offer of Harvard Pilgrim Health Insurance 78% employer paid. Paid vacation.

Responsibilities
Oversee and implement quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including ISO 13485 and FDA guidelines.
Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to maintain high manufacturing standards and ensure Safe Quality Food Certification.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance quality management systems, utilizing project management and analysis skills to drive continuous improvement.
Train and mentor QA/QC staff to uphold quality control measures and promote a culture of quality throughout the organization.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60.00 – $70.00 per hour
