Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the established quality standards through meticulous inspection and analysis.
Duties
Conduct quality inspections on products to identify defects or deviations from specifications
Utilize tools such as calipers, coordinate measuring machines, and other measuring instruments to verify product dimensions
Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
Follow established quality control processes and procedures to maintain product integrity
Analyze quality data and generate reports to track performance metrics
Familiarity with quality systems such as ISO 9001 and ISO 13485
Experience using Calypso software for measurement activities
Qualifications
Previous experience in quality assurance or a related field
Proficiency in quality inspection techniques and equipment
Strong understanding of quality control processes
Ability to fabricate and interpret engineering drawings
Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to quality assurance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.29 – $27.00 per hour
