FUEL QUALITY CONTROL SUPERVISOR Jobs in Colorado Springs, CO at Colorado jetCenter, Inc.
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Tester to oversee the testing process and ensure the delivery of the Sponsor Platform. This is our first QA hire and will have broad responsibility for, develop testing strategies and scripts, while collaborating closely with development teams to identify and resolve defects.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure best practices in software testing.
Develop, implement, and oversee test plans, test cases, and automation scripts.
Manage and execute functional, regression, performance, and security testing across multiple platforms.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to define quality requirements.
Identify, track, and prioritize bugs and defects, ensuring timely resolution.
Monitor and report on QA metrics, including defect rates, test coverage, and automation effectiveness.
Stay up to date with the latest QA methodologies, tools, and technologies.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for software testing.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in software testing, with 2+ years in a senior role.
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, TestNG).
Familiarity with Agile and DevOps processes.
Excellent problem-solving, and communication skills.
Exceptional eye and attention to detail.
Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git, Jenkins).
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage projects, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Must have sufficient hardware to conduct tests
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with test case management software such as Testrail or equivalent.
Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).
Certification in ISTQB or equivalent QA standards.
