Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for a digital platform.
- Perform functional, regression, performance, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and designers to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Identify, document, and track defects using issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Validate bug fixes and perform re-testing as needed.
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives in an Agile environment.
- Ensure digital products meet accessibility standards and cross-browser/device compatibility. Develop and support automation testing efforts and contribute to test automation frameworks. Provide QA sign-off for releases and deployments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in digital QA testing, preferably in Agile environments.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with web and mobile testing across multiple browsers and devices.
- Familiarity with tools such as UiPath, Appium, Selenium, JMeter, Postman, JIRA, ServiceNow, etc. Understanding of APIs and experience with API testing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python). Fluent in English communication
