🔎We are looking for a Functional QA Analyst

Main tasks

  • Implement and promote best practices in software testing, ensuring quality standards across all project phases
  • Contribute to test planning activities and support the definition of effective test strategies
  • Analyze requirements and design detailed test cases (manual and automated)
  • Execute functional, regression, and performance tests to validate system behavior
  • Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring proper bug reporting and follow-up until resolution
  • Support test completion activities, including reporting results and ensuring full test coverage

Your Profile and Skills

  • Degree in Information Technology, Systems Analysis, Management, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in software testing (manual and/or automation)
  • Hands-on experience with testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, or similar)
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and participation in Agile teams
  • Knowledge of BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) principles and practices
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Good time management and ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Negotiation skills to align with stakeholders and ensure quality delivery
  • Fluent in Portuguese (C2 level) and good working proficiency in English

Hybrid work model, with presence required in Lisbon or Porto office.
