Responsibilities:
Test Planning and Strategy:
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality test plans and strategies for software solutions using Java and Spring Boot.
Utilize ODM (Operational Decision Manager) to implement business rules and decision management test solutions.
Work on Integrated Eligibility systems, focusing on enhancing and maintaining existing testing solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
Test Execution:
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications through rigorous testing.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs in collaboration with the development team.
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation by developing and executing automated test scripts.
Cloud and Database Testing:
Utilize AWS cloud services to deploy, manage, and scale test environments.
Work with Oracle databases to design, develop, and optimize database test solutions.
Technical Leadership:
Provide technical leadership and mentor junior testers.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of the testing process.
Documentation and Reporting:
Facilitate the creation of test scenarios from user stories and prepare test scripts/data and expected results.
Plan testing cycles and schedules and establish testing tools for the project and access for testing team members.
Manage defect resolution and testing status reporting.
