Key Responsibilities
Execute UAT test cases and ensure all testing meets company standards and client requirements.
Participate to resolve any issues that arise during the testing process.
Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, group technology and vendors to understand project requirements and timelines.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of testing processes, results, and any defect reports.
Continuously improve testing methodologies and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Re-test defects to pass the test cases once solutions are delivered.
Insert all test cases and results in JIRA.
Provide regular status reports to Test Lead, project management team, project sponsor, senior management and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with internal bank P&Ps and external regulations and standards
Job Specifications
Technical/Functional skills
Strong understanding of test scenarios and methodologies and tools such as JIRA, or similar.
Meticulous and detail oriented.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Ability to use Artificial Intelligence or Automated Scripts in all areas of testing.
Experienced in using Selenium.
Professional Certification in software testing (e.g. ISTQB)
Experience with Agile/ Scrum methodologies
Competencies and Skills
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in testing in a banking or financial services
