Gage Calibration/ Aerospace Inspector Jobs in New Britain, CT at Winslow Automatics, Inc.
We’re hiring a full-time Quality Assurance Manager to help lead our quality assurance and resource support efforts across all Compass programs. This position is perfect for someone who is passionate about systems, compliance, training, and leading with integrity. You’ll work directly with our Training & Excellence Director to ensure we deliver on our mission with professionalism and heart.
Salary: $81,120–$87,360 starting, with lifetime earning potential up to $104,000
Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of QA Technicians, QA Coordinators, Behavioral Health Support, and Nurse Advocates
Oversee audits, resource systems, and quality initiatives across all regions
Partner with departments to ensure regulatory and policy compliance (Title 17 and Regional Center standards)
Develop and monitor systems for SOPs, QA tracking, and team communication
Represent Compass in training sessions, stakeholder meetings, and public presentations
Support continuous improvement, training development, and data accuracy
Manage platform tools and ensure systems are used effectively

Qualifications:
Master’s degree (preferred), Bachelor’s, or AA with 5+ years in nursing, behavioral health, or social services
5+ years of management experience
Strong knowledge of Regional Center systems, Title 17, and QA practices
Excellent public speaking, organization, and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software
Valid CA driver’s license and clean driving record
