We offer full-time employment for the following position.Â
PLANT DIRECTOR OR BETRIEBSLEITER for battery manufacture in BulacanÂ
PhilippinesÂ
Our company is the biggest supplier of car batteries (Lead-acid), and the firm is wellÂ
reputed and fully equipped for production and assembly, the present Plant DirectorÂ
has already reached pension.
‘The new Plant Manager or Director should have at least 10 years of experience in LeadÂ
Acid-battery manufacturing and R&D knowledge to develop new production of LithiumÂ
Batteries. His hands-on skills, technology & material skills, and knowledge should be of high
Quality standard. He/She needs to be able to lead and guide a large team of 1800Â
‘technical and non-technical employees.
His/her skills should include the latest standards, measurements, the latest software, quality control, and financial and Administrative skills. Hydraulic and pneumatic technology are advantages. He or she should be a graduate Engineer/Degreeholder or equivalent in mechanical or mechatronic engineering, and an apprenticeship in metalworking is an added advantage. Previous experience in managing a larger workforce is an advantage. Good knowledge of the English language (spoken and written) is requiredÂ
The company will offer a 2- or 3-year contract, extendable. Appropriate Salary according to experienceÂ
and qualifications, previous earnings, and according to international standards. HealthÂ
