Position: SGS Global Quality Improvement Manager
Elevate quality standards as the Global Quality and Laboratory Improvement Manager r leadership will drive ISO compliance and laboratory best practices across all operations.

In this dynamic role, you’ll manage the global Quality Assurance process and collaborate closely with laboratory managers to uphold safety and service standards. You will also audit laboratories, develop quality documentation, and provide direct support for analytical methods.

Your role will be pivotal in enhancing laboratory efficiency and global standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer global quality assurance and control protocols

• Oversee laboratory adherence to safe practices

• Monitor performance testing data for continuous improvement

• Conduct audits and investigations as needed

• Coordinate with technology managers for new methodologies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with relevant chemistry background

• 10+ years of experience in the industry

• Understanding of laboratory quality systems

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
