What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Execute and refine the overall quality program strategy for the Globalization team, aligning with broader team goals and KPIs
Build robust quality processes, including documentation, training, and providing one-on-one support
Collect and analyze quality data to guide decisions on strategy, budget, and vendor resources
Report quality findings regularly to the Globalization team and external stakeholders
Collaborate with localization vendors to analyze quality data and manage escalations
What is Required (Qualifications):
2-3 years of experience in the localization industry, focusing on program management and localization quality assurance
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to work independently
Comfortable with data analytics and experienced with data management tools
Experience running QA programs, including Terminology Management and Style Guide creation
Strong communication skills paired with excellent presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with Machine Translation, MT quality evaluation, and process automation
Familiarity with quality measurement frameworks/models (e.g., DQF)
Experience working with multiple TMS, CMS, and other translation and content management tools
