PharOS is seeking for a GMP Inspector within the QO department as follows:
Key responsibilities
- Samples granules during the manufacturing process at specific intervals of time and collects representative samples as specified in the Batch Manufacturing Document.
- Samples and tests packed product during the packaging process if required.
- Tests these collected samples for compliance with the physical parameters as specified in the batch manufacturing document and SOPs.
- Performs any extra sampling and testing required during process validation as specified in the validation protocol.
- Collects and tests the physical parameters of packaging material as specified in the Raw material specification and SOPs.
- Ensures that any Out of Specification and Out of Trend results are documented, reported and investigated according to Company’s procedure and to notify QA Team Leader and Production/Packaging supervisor of such instances.
- Assists Manufacturing and QA in problem solving exercises in relation to investigations arising on the manufacturing/packaging process.
- Ensures that all equipment being used in the in-process testing is fully calibrated.
- Performs verification routine checks on this equipment as per respective procedure.
Requirements
- Secondary School Level of Education.
- O’ Level passes in Mathematics/English or a Science Subject.
- Previous experience in Quality Control or some experience within the pharmaceutical industry will be considered an asset.
- Organization and planning skills, managing multiple demands, and achieving results with minimal supervision
