In this pivotal role, you will oversee the development and implementation of GMP systems within a licensed cannabis facility. Your responsibilities will include creating validation plans, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with North America and EU regulations. Effective collaboration with Quality Assurance and Production teams is essential to maintaining audit-ready operations and facilitating continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage GMP processes for domestic and international customers
• Lead the development of GMP documentation and procedures
• Create and execute validation plans and reports
• Conduct risk assessments for processes and equipment
• Support internal and regulatory audits and inspections
Requirements:
• Degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field
• 2-5 years in regulated industries including cannabis
• Experience in validation plans development
• Understanding of GMP and EU-GMP frameworks
• Excellent technical writing and organizational skills
