What You’ll Be Doing:
Assessing and making decisions on product quality, seasonality, and compliance
Managing and maintaining accurate supplier records to ensure full due diligence
Engaging with suppliers to drive improvements in ethical, quality, and
sustainability
standards
Providing clear and concise internal reporting for both customers and stakeholders
Taking part in internal audits and customer-facing meetings
Leading relationships with key suppliers and tracking their KPIs
Managing customer specifications and updating relevant internal databases
Acting as a product expert and supporting new product development
Coordinating sample preparation and benchmarking activities
Compiling monthly KPI reports for internal and external use
Performing ad hoc tasks that contribute to the team’s overall success
What We’re Looking For:
Strong written and verbal
communication skills
Proficiency in Excel and other computer applications
A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for food and
sustainability
A full, clean driving license (preferred)
