该职位来源于猎聘 The aim of the position is : Responsible further development and auditing of Group-wide processes and methods in the plants and among Vaillant Group suppliers, especially for heating pump product. Approval of the external parts are done according to VG requirements and have sustainable quality level of the supplied parts ensured.
Ensuring that quality level of suppliers are answering VG requirements and criteria in accordance to 6 sigma level. Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for release of product and process, approval/release of externally supplied parts at series start and during serial changes related to supplier product and process changes together with the other stakeholders according VG requirements. (PPAP – part approval). Coordination of approval activities for different project groups including Trading Goods.
- Responsible for audit plan of defined suppliers according to internal requirements. Conduct different audits by suppliers including preparation, agenda, action list creation, follow up and closing of audits.
- Ensure participation on supplier development roll out managed by purchasing department and follow up CPP (continues progress plan) related to quality actions. Ensure participation on supplier development workshops and activities related to quality part of development.
- Act as the Group-wide responsibility for process ownership, improvement and development of the processes related to supplier quality department
- Cooperation in development projects of Vaillant Group (supplier related), qualification of the project team for the application of the required methods and processes in order to ensure that the functional product requirements are specified based on customer requirement. Acts as quality core team member for Trading goods products/projects.
- Support and / or takeover responsibility for selected 8D related to supplier topics. Ensure 8D report follow up in time and in requested quality.
- Monitor report and manage reimbursement cost process towards supplier claims. Qualifications:
- Degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering (bachelor).
- Sound knowledge of product function in the field of heating pump or air conditioning technology.
- More than 6 years of vocational experience in quality planning, development and/or manufacturing, experience as an auditor.
- Knowledge and confident application of quality methods (such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC,CPK) sound knowledge of norms (ISO, VDA, TS) .
- Good command of the English language.
- In accordance with the policies and regulations of the country and the regions where Vaillant Group's subsidiaries operate, and based on the company’s practical needs, possession of relevant professional titles, certificates, licenses, or qualifications (whether related to your position at Vaillant or not) will be considered an advantage during the selection process.
