JD:

Guidewire Claim Center (Individual Contributor)

1. Requirement analysis and test prep.

2. Test execution —>
Functional, Integration(Internal and external), Regression, SIT, SIT End to

end, Life cycle testing etc…

3. QA for Claim Center focuses on testing the processes related to insurance claims management.

Responsibilities include:

Testing the entire claims lifecycle, from reporting and investigation to settlement.

Verifying the correct processing of claims, including claims assignment, claims handling, and claim payments.

Ensuring that claims data is accurate, including loss data, coverage details, and payment processing.

Testing integrations with external systems for claims (e.g., subrogation, Salvage, ISO, xactimate, financials medical reports, legal systems).

Ensuring compliance with regulations related to claims processing and settlements.

Validating user interfaces for claims adjusters, managers, and claimants to ensure smooth user experiences.

Candidate should possess good knowledge in CC configuration anf integration.

candidate should have good communication skills to collaborate with the stakeholders efficiently.

Candidate should possess good knowledge in CC OOTB functionalities.

Candidate should have good GWCC business knowledge.

Responsibilities to manage the testing efforts for Guidewire Claim Center system implementations and upgrades

Develop comprehensive test plans with the functional test design & execution approach

Develop test cases based on business requirements and system specifications

Execute test cases and scenarios, ensuring thorough testing coverage

Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to understand system requirements and ensure accurate testing

Utilize Agile methodologies to drive efficient testing processes and deliver high-quality software solutions Coordinate with offshore testing teams if applicable, providing guidance and support as needed Identify and escalate issues and risks, working closely with project managers and stakeholders to resolve them in a timely manner

Continuously improve testing processes and strategies to enhance overall quality and efficiency

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Guidewire Claim Center system testing and P&C insurance
