Job Summary-

• We are looking for experienced Guidewire QA professionals with expertise in Automation Testing, Performance Testing, or QA Leadership.

• The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience testing Guidewire Cloud Platform applications and possess a strong understanding of Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and/or BillingCenter. Guidewire Associate Certification is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities-

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for Guidewire applications.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing.
• Develop and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium, Java, TestNG, Cucumber, or similar frameworks.
• Execute API testing using Postman, SoapUI, or REST-based tools.
• Perform performance and load testing using tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Validate Guidewire Cloud Platform functionality across PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter.
• Analyze application logs, identify defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and ensure quality gates are met before production deployment.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• For QA Lead roles, lead testing activities, mentor team members, manage test execution, and provide status reporting.

Mandatory Skills-

• 4+ years of QA experience with Guidewire applications.
• Hands-on experience with Guidewire Cloud Platform.
• Experience testing PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and/or BillingCenter.
• Strong knowledge of Automation Testing frameworks.
• Experience with Performance Testing tools.
• Experience in Functional, Regression, Integration, and API Testing.
• Knowledge of Java and SQL.
• Experience with Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber, Postman, or SoapUI.
• Experience using defect management tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Guidewire Associate Certification is mandatory.

Preferred Skills-

• Experience in Guidewire Cloud migration projects.
• Exposure to Guidewire Test Util APIs.
• Knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Experience leading QA teams or test coordination activities is preferred for QA Lead positions.
