Position: Hands-On Quality Manager Role

We are seeking a Quality Manager to oversee the Quality function and represent our Quality Management System. This role is ideal for someone with over 5 years in quality leadership, particularly within regulated environments like medical devices. You’ll be hands-on on the production floor, promoting a strong quality culture and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Quality Management System compliant with ISO 13485
• Collaborate on the production floor to ensure quality standards
• Conduct internal, customer, and third-party audits
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the facility
• Mentor and develop a strong quality team
Requirements:
• 5+ years in a Quality Manager or senior leadership role
• Hands-on experience with ISO 13485
• Experience in regulated industries, preferably medical devices
• Strong understanding of CAPA and root cause analysis
• Post-secondary education in a related field
