Hardware Production Quality Engineer Jobs in Lexington, MA at Anduril Industries
Ross Design is seeking multiple detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Technician’s to ensure the integrity and compliance of our products throughout the manufacturing process. This role is responsible for verifying product quality from suppliers, during internal production, and prior to shipment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with metrology equipment, including CMM programming using PC-DMIS, and will play a critical role in supporting continuous improvement, safety, and quality standards across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect incoming materials, in-process components, and final products to ensure conformance to specifications
Program and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) using PC-DMIS
Document and segregate nonconforming materials appropriately
Perform specification testing and accurately record results in the company database
Calibrate and maintain all company- and employee-owned gaging equipment
Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve quality concerns
Support reverse engineering projects alongside the Engineering Department
Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and retention of quality control data
Promote and follow all company safety and environmental policies
Qualifications:
Proficiency in PC-DMIS CMM programming and operation is required
Strong knowledge of metrology equipment, calibration standards, and quality systems
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
