Your tasks on the position:
Lead and manage the QA team, driving high-quality deliverables and continuous improvement
Develop and implement QA strategies and processes to support rapid growth and scalability
Establish and refine QA practices to ensure rigorous testing and product quality
Mentor and develop QA team members, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
Oversee and optimize testing practices to ensure thorough coverage and accuracy
Requirements
3+ years of proven experience in a leadership role within QA
Experience managing teams of 100+ members
Experience in scaling teams and hiring new members rapidly and efficiently
Background in a product-focused company environment, preferably in high-demand industries
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices
Demonstrated success in transforming QA processes to improve efficiency and scalability
English C1-C2
