Responsibilities
Job Description:
- Overall responsibility for Quality System, QA Lab, Calibration, Customer PPM reduction and QA System improvement.
- Update Quality Manual (QMSM) and Procedure Manual (QMSP).
- Coordinate internal quality audits.
- Support customer audits.
- Coordinate certification/pre/surveillance audits and NCR closure.
- Verify and control formats.
- Control approved vendor list.
- Follow up Management Reviews and Business Plan Reviews.
- Conduct Quality System training.
- Communicate certification status to customers.
- Follow up corrective and preventive actions.
- Finalize QA Lab testing frequency.
- Weekly review of QA Lab, Calibration, Quality System & PDQA.
- Participate in major QA Lab equipment breakdown analysis.
- Finalize new QA Lab facility requirements.
- Handle special customer requirements.
- Supervise QA Lab, Quality System, Calibration and PDQA.
- Interpret quality system company-wide.
- Coordinate IMT data/presentations.
- Approve Calibration Work Instructions.
- Guide calibration members.
- Negotiate repair charges.
- Coordinate IMT repairs.
- Ensure testing of materials and finished goods.
- Conduct appraisals.
- Ensure Quality System adherence and Kaizen.
- Improve housekeeping to achieve 5S targets.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Requirements
- Qualification: Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- Training: ISO/TS 16949:2002, Internal Quality Audit, MSA, SPC, FMEA, PPAP, APQP
- Skills: Leadership, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, team development, communication, proactive, organized, analytical.
- Experience: At least 8 years; quality management, ISO 9001, press process, plastic injection molding or automotive industry.
- Salary: VND 35 – 50 million gross, depending on qualifications and experience.
