One of our companies is currently looking for a Head of QA in the United States.

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a high-impact Quality Engineering function within a fast-paced, innovative environment. As Head of QA, you’ll bring a data-driven approach to building scalable testing practices and elevating product quality across the organization. You’ll lead and mentor a talented QA and SDET team, partner closely with engineering and product teams, and champion automation strategies to drive efficiency. This role is perfect for a visionary leader who thrives in driving strategic quality initiatives and is passionate about fostering a quality-first mindset across the company.

Accountabilities:

Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing QA and SDET teams across multiple squads

Define and drive adoption of QA metrics and automation strategies that enhance product reliability

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure broad integration of quality best practices

Guide the implementation of testing across all levels (unit, API, UI, performance, etc.)

Promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality ownership across the engineering organization

Champion internal awareness of QA services and practices to drive greater adoption

Support vendor management and outsourced QA functions when applicable

Requirements

12+ years of QA leadership experience with a proven record of building and managing matrixed teams

Deep knowledge of testing methodologies, automation tools, and performance measurement

Strong skills in defining and tracking quality KPIs and leveraging data for strategic decisions

Experience testing SaaS applications within a microservices or service-oriented architecture

Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and team-building capabilities

Proven success leading quality transformation in Agile environments

Ability to manage multiple QA initiatives across cross-functional teams simultaneously

Must be authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available)
