Job Title: Quality Head

Role Overview:
The Quality Head will be responsible for establishing and enforcing quality standards across all construction and development projects s role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of quality assurance processes, construction methodologies, and an eye for detail to ensure the delivery of luxury properties that meet and exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Quality Strategy and Standards: ○ Develop and implement comprehensive quality control and assurance frameworks tailored to luxury real estate projects. ○ Define quality benchmarks, procedures, and guidelines aligned with Isprava’s standards of excellence.
2. Quality Assurance: ○ Oversee the inspection and testing of materials, processes, and workmanship to ensure compliance with quality standards. ○ Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations across all projects.
3. Process Optimization: ○ Identify and implement process improvements to enhance construction quality and efficiency. ○ Introduce best practices and innovative technologies to achieve consistent quality outcomes.
4. Team Leadership: ○ Build and lead a skilled quality assurance team, including inspectors and quality managers. ○ Provide training and mentorship to teams to instill a quality-focused culture.
5. Vendor and Contractor Management: ○ Evaluate and approve vendors and contractors based on quality criteria. ○ Conduct regular audits to ensure vendor compliance with quality standards.
6. Documentation and Reporting: ○ Maintain detailed quality reports, audits, and documentation for all projects. ○ Provide periodic updates to senior leadership on quality metrics and improvement initiatives.
7. Client Satisfaction: ○ Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand quality expectations and address any concerns. ○ Ensure the delivery of luxury properties that reflect Isprava’s brand promise and client vision.
Key
Qualifications:
● Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Advanced certifications in Quality Management (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma) are preferred.

Experience:
12+ years of experience in quality assurance/control within the real estate, construction, or luxury property sectors.

Skills: Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and quality control processes.
● Leadership:
Proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
● Attention to Detail:
Exceptional focus on detail and a commitment to delivering impeccable quality.
● Problem-Solving:
Analytical and proactive in identifying and resolving quality issues.
● Communication:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
