With a significant presence in the Woven apparel sector, the company is committed to maintaining world-class quality standards, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. As part of its continued growth, the organization is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Quality to lead and strengthen its quality function
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and execute the overall quality strategy to ensure consistent product excellence across manufacturing operations
• Lead quality assurance and quality control functions while maintaining compliance with customer requirements and industry standards
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, improve process capability, and enhance customer satisfaction
• Monitor and analyze quality KPIs, implementing corrective and preventive actions where require
• Collaborate closely with production, technical, merchandising, and customer-facing teams to ensure quality objectives are achieved
• Lead internal, external, and customer quality audits while ensuring compliance with established standards
• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing quality teams across manufacturing operations
• Ensure effective root cause analysis and implementation of sustainable corrective action plans
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
• 10–15+ years of experience in apparel manufacturing quality management
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a senior managerial or leadership
• Strong exposure to Woven Apparel product categories
• Proven track record within reputed apparel manufacturing organizations
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, process improvement methodologies, and customer compliance requirements
• Experience managing quality teams and driving quality excellence across large-scale manufacturing operations
• Bachelor's Degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline will be an advantages
