One of the Multinational Building Material/ Tiles Manufacturer is searching for a Head of QA QC for their Manufacturing plant based in UAE(Candidates Preferred from TILES or Sanitaryware Background)
The Head of – Quality Assurance & Quality Control will be responsible for overseeing and driving the overall quality strategy for the organization, ensuring the highest standards of product quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across all manufacturing and operational processes. This leadership role requires a proactive approach to quality management, implementation of best-in-class QA/QC systems, and alignment with the company’s commitment to excellence.
Establish robust quality management systems (QMS) to ensure adherence to industry standards. ï‚· Drive a zero-defect culture through continuous process enhancements and root cause analysis.
Implement and monitor corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans to address quality deviations.
Lead and mentor a high-performing QA/QC team, fostering a culture of quality excellence.
Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure supplier compliance with quality standards. ï‚· Conduct supplier audits and performance evaluations, driving corrective actions where necessary.
Experience: o 15+ years of progressive experience in quality assurance, quality control, and manufacturing process improvement, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. o Experience in managing quality in a large-scale manufacturing environment.
Note: Candidates from Tiles background are preferred
