Head of Quality Control
You’re Needed For:
✅ Providing strategic leadership to the Quality Control team
✅ Overseeing day-to-day operations including analytical testing, method validation, and stability studies
✅ Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and global standards
✅ Leading the validation of analytical methods to support product development and testing
✅ Driving efficiency programs like LEAN Lab
✅ Collaborating with external vendors and test laboratories
✅ Developing training programs for Quality Control staff
What You Bring:
✅ Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field
✅ Minimum of 8 years in pharmaceutical quality control with at least 5 years in leadership
✅ Proven experience in cultural change and team development
✅ Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements in pharmaceutical quality
✅ Fluent in English and Spanish
