Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the QA team
Approve new product releases. Target fully automated.
Collaborate with cross-functionable teams to understand testing needs and design test strategies
Design, implement and maintain tests using test automation frameworks
Work with the product teams and developers to identity and resolve defects and improve testing process
Own definition and implementation of quality metrics
Requirements:
7-9 years as a QA engineer or Software developer in test, with a focus on test automation
Experience in test automation frameworks, both backend and frontend.
Good coaching and mentoring skills
Speaks both German and English.
AI experience (Phoenix have AI infrastructure and develop/use AI solutions)
Ideally working from our office in Basel but home-office is possible
