Job responsibilities:

  1. Planning, organization, analysis and improvement of the QMS, monitoring compliance with the requirements of the QMS;
  2. Formulation and implementation of the quality policy, management of quality goals, as well as planning and promotion of activities that contribute to ensuring orderly work and continuous improvement of quality management;
  3. Monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements for new and mass-produced vehicles;
  4. Responsibility for obtaining data from the market on the number of defective vehicles, identifying key problems based on this, allocating responsibility, monitoring the implementation of corrective actions, working to reduce the number of complaints and negative reviews;
  5. Responsibility for collecting information on imported models from GWM, analyzing emerging faults, monitoring the implementation of corrective actions;
  6. Control the solution of the problems such as FCI, rust protection, returns and exchanges, public opinion on social networks, complaints, etc.
  7. Control over the results of identified defects, risk assessment, control over BC-S problems, as well as planning recall campaigns and timely response;
  8. Adaptation of new cars, prevention of re-emergence of previously identified problems;
  9. Implementation of the quality planning function of the headquarters in Spain, cooperation with other departments on issues related to quality.

Qualifications:

  • Education:higher education
  • Working experience: at least 10 years of experience in the field of quality management (QMS promotion ≥ 3 years), quality planning, quality assurance, quality control and quality improvement.
  • Special skills: Specialist in the automotive or mechanical industry, knowledge in the field of quality management and IATF 16949/ISO 9001 standard; knowledge of federal laws, regulations and policies for the safety, certification and recall of automotive products; FMEA and SPC methods; standards in the automobile industry, processes, car manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of language:English or Chinese
  • Computer skills: Advanced user of the computer, MS Office.
  • Additional requirements:the ability to use quality tools and apply them, and IATF/VDA standards, the ability to develop, lead a team.
