Join an innovative leader in the electronics and sensor industry who is seeking a highly skilled Head of Quality to join their team.
This is an established team with a strong quality framework, where you will be responsible for maintaining standards and leading a team of quality engineers.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company’s Quality Management Strategy.
Lead the Quality and Environmental Management Organization.
Define, implement, and oversee quality processes, audits, and reviews.
Drive continuous improvement and manage product quality issues.
Build and mentor a global Quality team.
Act as the quality representative for customers, suppliers, and certifying authorities.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and certifications.
Qualifications/Skills
Extensive experience in Quality Management within the electronics/sensor industry, preferably in a leadership role.
Engineering Degree or Master’s in a technical field (e.g., Material Sciences, Physics, Chemistry, or Electronics).
Strong knowledge of CMOS, sensors, and quality standards (ISO 9000, IATF 16949, VDA6.3, FMEA, 8-D).
Proven leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Fluent in English with excellent communication and customer interface abilities.
Willingness to travel and work in international teams.
