Job Description
ISN Corporation, a federal government contractor located in Bethesda, MD, is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to support a Head Start Contract. The QA Manager should be familiar with all aspects of the Head Start program, including the Program Performance Standards (PPS) and all related policies.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Perform peer reviews of all program performance areas, including child file monitoring, facility environment, work order completion, and documentation.
Rotate among centers to perform peer review assignments, establishing continuity.
Collect and compile statistical quality data.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
Align monitoring and peer review activities with Head Start program goals and child and family outcomes.
Ensure compliance with all aspects of the Head Start Performance Standards, including CQI, COA, and other regulations.
Develop and produce statistical reports reflecting ongoing peer review and compliance actions for CQI.
Analyze data to identify issues and coordinate with program staff to implement corrections.
Monitor program performance areas, including child file monitoring, CLASS, facility safety, and paperwork completion.
Generate reports on incidents, infectious diseases, and complaints for quality improvement processes, ensuring compliance with PPS and COA standards.
Present data and trend reports to leadership for review and decision-making.
Collaborate with program leadership to develop checklists and regulatory guidelines as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or 6+ years of relevant experience.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong conflict management skills.
