We are delighted to be exclusively recruiting a Health and Safety Manager for a growing transport and logistics business based in Ballymena. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of Health & Safety and ISO systems, driving compliance, continuous improvement and a strong safety culture across all transport and operational activities.
Key Responsibilities Develop, implement and maintain Health & Safety and ISO management systems (ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 as applicable) Ensure compliance with UK and Northern Ireland health and safety legislation and transport regulations Carry out risk assessments, audits and incident investigations, implementing corrective actions Deliver Health & Safety and ISO training across the business Manage internal and external ISO audits and certification requirements Monitor transport safety compliance and report on performance metrics Advise senior management on compliance, ISO standards and best practice About You Experience in a Health & Safety role within transport, logistics or a similar environment Strong working knowledge of ISO management systems (ISO 45001 essential;
ISO desirable) NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum requirement)
