Provides guidance and support to internal and external customers regarding the effective management of business healthcare quality assurance.

Essential Functions

Plans, organizes, and directs the quality management processes and systems within the Healthcare Quality Organization.

Provides guidance, support, and advice to multiple internal/external customers regarding the effective management of business healthcare quality assurance.

Manages customer relationships to ensure alignment with quality expectations and to proactively address compliance requirements.

Project manages and oversees the conceptualization, planning, design, implementation, and support of quality assurance processes, systems, and quality technology solutions.

Evaluates and monitors healthcare quality processes and systems to identify areas for continuous improvement and transformation, ensuring global excellence.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in healthcare quality or safety, transportation, business, information systems, computer science, science, or other scientific or quantitative discipline.

Minimum Experience

Five (5) years’ minimum experience required in healthcare quality in manufacturing, laboratories, distribution, or closely related experience, including experience in business, transportation, logistics, or supply chain management.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Proficient in Office 365. Strong management, human relations, project management, analytical, and communication skills required. Must possess leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills. Ability to train, communicate, and present clearly both orally and in writing to all business levels. Ability to collaborate with business areas, system users, and technical developers. Knowledge of regulatory documentation and compliance expectations.

Job Conditions

Business travel required.

Preferred Qualifications

In-depth knowledge of Good Distribution Practice and/or Good Manufacturing Practice. Experience driving Quality Assurance in Supply Chain Logistics: supplier management, customer relationships, deviation management, continuous improvement, temperature-controlled shipping, etc. Experience in cross-functional team collaboration. Strong problem-solving skills with expertise in deviation management, CAPA, and root cause analysis. Excellent communication skills for customer engagement and internal leadership reporting.

Pay Transparency

This range is an estimate of the current starting salary across potential locations. Actual pay depends on experience, market, location, and other factors. Eligible employees may receive additional pay, premiums, or bonuses. Benefits include health, vision, dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay

Greensboro, NC Pay Range: $6,511.62/month – $8,627.89/month (E26)

Additional Details

The preferred location is Greensboro, NC. Position is hybrid, requiring several days per week at a Fed Ex campus.
